Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[68Ga]-B7H3-BCH (also known as [68Ga]Ga-B7H3-BCH) is a gallium-68 labeled, B7-H3 (CD276)-targeted affibody-based radiotracer developed by Peking University Cancer Hospital (Beijing Cancer Hospital). It is designed for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to non-invasively and quantitatively map B7-H3 expression throughout the body. B7-H3 is an immune checkpoint molecule overexpressed in multiple solid tumors, including osteosarcoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, and gastric cancer, while showing low expression in normal tissues. The tracer utilizes an optimized B7-H3-targeting affibody conjugated to a chelator (such as RESCA or NOTA) and radiolabeled with gallium-68, enabling high-affinity binding and rapid clearance for high-contrast tumor visualization. It is being evaluated in clinical trials for tumor-specific diagnostics, staging, and screening of B7-H3-targeted therapies.
